The bedrooms are situated on two levels. At courtyard level there are two twin bedded rooms and a double bedroom. There are also two bathrooms on this level.

The courtyard staircase leads to the upper level at which a twin bedded room with it's own seperate bathroom and a kingsize bedded room with en-suite and it's own sun terrace are situated.

The Villa has covered parking for 2 vehicles and additional parking for 2 to 3 more vehicles. Security gates are installed at the entrance.
